    hi there, depending what you are saying if the blind is stuck in the brackets, you need to use a flat head screw driver and put it in between the bracket and the roller and wedge it apart and pull out the the blind, this should work

    I presume you are talking about spring rollers. sounds like you have wound them to the full. This can happen if the rollers are taken down and then rolled up by hand then replaced into brackets. Try forcing the roller 1/4 turn downwards and letting go, either the roller will shoot up or you will break the spring. If this doesn't work I recomend getting a service call from your local blind shop. Do not try removing springs without releasing tension first. A fully wound spring can be dangerous depending on the brand of spring, small parts can fly that can cause eye injuries and even break windows.
