    Hi,

    i worked in hotel as a night porter. One night one of the managers said to me that im not doing my job and i was not agree with him so i woked out from work.

    Could i get much trouble now?

    Should i give them a notice now?

    Im working 6 month but i dont want to work there anymore.

    But is there any other problem that i can get it? What They can do? Can they not pay me for the rest of the week i worked?

    Go back. Tell him you were angry and upset. If you still want to leave tellhim you are leaving at the end of the week. He should have given you 1 weeks notice or you should have given him 1 weeks notice. You will not get any dole for a few weeks if you walk out of a job.

    Indeed, go back and tell him you are sorry. You are probably dismissed because walking off the job would be seen as gross misconduct. They shouldn't be able to withhold any pay but it depends what it says in your contract. They are entitled to withhold money for training or equipment/uniforms provided.
