    might be wrong forum - i picked up a speeding fine this morning doing 76 in a 50 , hands up and no issue , is it certain that i will pick up 2 pts on licence or is there criteria etc tks

    Barring a mistake it's certain, i'm afraid. I wouldn't worry too much, two points is no biggie. Just don't make it four!;)
