WAW Kills Not Updating

It seems to be taking longer and longer for my kills to update on the leaderboard. Wins and Score update much quicker. Also weirdly when filters off Im among people maybe 20 kills above me which I think is my accurate amount of killls but my figure stays at the lower unupdated amount. It just seems abit weird as well as…

Also how come they didnt fix the respawning looking up issue in the patch
