Fan Problem...Studio 1535

I have a studio 1535 laptop, about 6months old, of late the fan is extrememly loud, especially when in college its very noticeable in lectures and the library etc.... Has anyone experienced this??? Would it be costly to fix? Im sure its still in warranty for dell collect and repair... Thanks
