I have an IDE hard drive from a desktop with XP on it.
Q: Is it possible to boot into this XP on my mac? Will this require removing the hard drive from my mac and connecting the XP hard drive or any other suggestions??

(Setting up boot camp is not an option for me)

Any links to tutorials or whatever will be great!

If you installed XP on one machine, then disconnected the hard drive and connected it to another PC it would be very unlikely that Windows would simply boot. On a Mac, there's not even a slim chance of that happening - you need Boot Camp to prepare the system so an OS like XP that requires a BIOS can boot - having installed XP on another system and swapping the HDD will not work.
