    does anyone know any good distance learning courses in psychology or social science subjects...any recommedations .....

    OU offers BSc Hons Psychology and Psychology as part of a Social Science degree where you can mix it with other subjects e.g criminology.

    Start with the Level 1 social science course DD101, fee will be about €1400 which is the same as the Registration fee that full-time students pay. Everything comes with the course and you have access to a tutor.

    DD101 provides a Certificate that is HETAC rated - Level 6, but most people work towards a degree and this course is the first stepping stone.

    OU Psychology is recognised by Britiah and Irish Psychological bodies, so as far as DL goes it's the most recognised.
