I have a domain and hosting which i use for storing random files etc, I manually update the folder on the website.

Is there any way to have a folder on your desktop that will automatically sync with the folder online? I'm sure there are web services that do it but I'd like the files kept on my own site.

    Cheers

I've not tried it but the first thing that came to mind was mapping a folder on the desktop to the FTP site and using Synctoy 2 to manage the pairs. There are probably simpler ways though.

Mapping the drive is easy, however I just tried to sync using Synctoy 2.0 and it won't accept the FTP adress. Note that I don't currently have access to a read/write FTP server so that may be an issue. Other than that I would be sure there are a ton of other apps out there that could sync the two.
