level 59 rank gets wiped to 1 what the hell

playing online and screen froze then unfroze and put me back in lobby. looked at my rank and im back to level 1, i was able to keep my guns ,but dam it i feel sick.

My friend was 3 times prestige and everything was wiped. It came back though. Another friend was 2 prestige and it didnt. He had to start again a few days ago. Treyarch suck!
