I much prefer air.

When I puff out the arse cheeks and pressure up the star to crack out a rifter of a fart,I am always quite relieved when it's air which comes out and not water.


So for me it's AIR FTW:)

with air and water you can make fertilizer and fuel and explosives
just a little electrolysis and the Harber process to start off , NASA have this wonderful plan to make fuel from CO2 but that's on mars and mars needs more global warming not less

oh yeah if's it's sea water you can make a floating city with the byproducts of the electrolysis too

hang about , if it's ordinary water you can make air out of it

but then again you can extract water from air just like the fremen on Dune will in the distant future

maybe you should change the poll to read
* anhydrous dessicated water
* diatom free air
