part of my plans include a stone finish around the front door and living room. limestone has been suggested to me by a mason but haven't decided yet. i can't even decide if i prefer the wet or dry look...both have something going for them!!

    recomendations and advice?

We are going with Sandstone and putting in a mix of cream and white with the final ratio yet to be decided....have seen other mixes of cream, white and green sandstone..looks very well (all depends on your likes and dislikes though)

Your best bet is to drive around and spot houses with stone that appeals to you and take it from there..visiting suppliers yards etc to see it in real terms then...
