    Hi,
    Maybe someone has experienced this?
I recently got back running after a layoff with ankle injury.
now Im finding i have a problem with my knee - it usually occurs after 20-30 mins of running. It has occurred 3 or 4 times now, consistently. Pain is in my kneecap.
dont want to go to a physio just yet (spent .enough on them)
    Another helpful thoughts/comments appreciated...

    cheers

    Try icing the knee.
Get gaist analysis done to ensure you have a right runners for you

I had a problem with knee and hip few weeks ago. Beside specific exercices and reduction of running distance for a while, physio recommended to take some Nurofen (over the counter stuff, so i am sure it's ok to write this on forum) to reduce inflamation below patella.

Carefull here, until root cause of your knee pain is diagnosed, stretches may not be the right thing to do (if was the case for me).
