    Anyone else watching this ?

    I'm surprised the first 10 minutes made it onto mainstream tv to be honest.

    Some guy just said you can feed 10 people an acre from a forest garden.

    I'm no expert on farming or permaculture (I want to learn) but I SERIOUSLY doubt that.

    It is true that per acre, permaculture is vastly more productive than conventional farming. I wouldn't say he's far wrong.

    Tecnhiques such as stacking, using outputs as inputs etc are highly efficient.

    Perhaps most crucially, it is nowhere near as energy intensive as regular farming.
