    Can someone tell me what a KVH is? and how much it costs on the leccy bill?

    prob KWH you mean it's a unit of electricity about 15c or so.it's a 1 kilowatt appliance running for an hour continuous.

    Yes, or a 100W device running for 10 hours will consume 1KWH.

    It would at that rate, but that excludes vat and the rate is slightly higher than 15cent
