What counts as a medical condition for insurance

Im back again with insurance questions. I have a medical condition which i take some medication for. Its nothing that could cause a danger to my driving, such as a blackout etc. I was cleared for driving by my doctor when i was diagnosed. Should i mention this when asking for a quote ? I know its kinda a duh yes question, but I dont want to ask and then have my premium skyrocket just because I mentioned something about a medical condition. Of course I dont want my insurance to be useless and invalidated either if something happens and they decide to be sneaky feckers.

AFAIK, you are only required to disclose medical conditions which could affect your driving. Why not try ringing the insurance company and asking anonymously?

    If in doubt, disclose.
