Starting a Service Log?

I've had my Golf for just over 2 years now, but I don't have a service history for it (its a 2000 reg). I realise with the current climate, any potential buyer in the future will be greatly put off by this.

Is there some form of generic service log thats available to purchase? I'll be getting a service in about 2 months time and would like to start detailing what has been done to it.

Just keep all receipts from now on.

+1.You could also buy a little notebook and write down the date and parts used for every job you did on the car.

I reckon a Firelog would do the job perfectly. Just don't get those €1 ones from Spar, they're not half as good as the hardcore Bord Na Mona ones.

What about pricing a service history booklet in a main dealership - you should be able to get one for under €20. Just fill it out and keep the reciepts for reference.
