No Signal Recieved when Recording

Hi i recently started getting problems with Sky + whilst recording. The problem starts when i start to record a programme. Its records fine but if i want to change the channel to watch another programme (does not matter what channel) i get "No signal being recieved".and if switch back over to the channel where im recording from i will be able to view that programme but nothing else.

If i cancel the recording i get back all channels.

It worked fine for the first few weeks.

My mother also has this problem with her Sky +

Anyone have similar problems or ways to rectify this.

What is the signal like on the second input. My mother had this problem also and it turned out Input 2 was unplugged.

Check your connections at the back of your box...make sure they are securely fitted on the box. Could be a connection problem one could be loose due to recent movement for example.
