Any English FTA other than Astra 28E

Is there any good sources of FTA english language stations, other than the Astra group at 28E. I was thinking of trying a second LNB on the dish for more stations, but other that Jay Leno on CNBC on 19E could not see anything much that was not already on 28E, like CNN/BBC News/World/France 24/Russia Today.
