Anybody had this done and was it a success? No matter where I park in the supermarket or multistorey carpark, someone will park beside me and fling open their doors into my car

I was looking here and wondered what these type of repairs are like.

I've used such a service in the past.

For car park dents caused a carelessly opened door it works an absolute treat. I could not see the dent afterwards.

Thanks for the link. Any ideas of a typical price for a repair?

Unfortunately not, I know Damien & John-Gerard but have not had cause to use the service. Let me know how you get on...

On the site is the suggestion to photo & text the dent to: +353 (0)86 8095113. Might get you an estimate before you travel.

I did the course a few years ago and do it on my customers cars when I can but it's all down to access, it's sucessful enough as long as you can get at the back of the panel but you can't do miracles with it the way some people think you can.
