I've heard Smart Telecom is quite good around the Tallaght area too...they claim they have a contention ratio of 1:1

Magnet have service in the Tallaght area, Magnet are also 1:1 and you also get PCTV.

ive been using the 20mb from UPC and never had any problems with it, used it on my pc, xbox and ps3
