After an initial burst of activity building the bridges and doing the earthworks to prepare the trackbed, almost nothing seemed to happen on the Cherrywood LUAS extension for the last 6-9 months.

Thankfully, work seems to be restarting, with rails being delivered and installed on the New Cherrywood Viaduct over the last few days.

Thanks for the pics. Although I have serious misgivings about the Green line extension I am a train spotter at heart and look foward to travelling on this section as soon as it opens.
