    Heya

    Anyone know anything about this club http://www.dublinmovieclub.com/ and if it is still in existence?

    Also does the IFI run any film clubs or get togethers?

    Never heard of the Dublin Movie Club before...
    I am a member of the IFI but I am not aware of any clubs other than membership, they have speciality screenings for older people or people with kids which I think is kinda standard everywhere now.
    I know cineworld offer special advance screenings for their members but again not a club as such.

    Zabbo on boards.ie set it up.

    I went along to a good bunch of them. Good fun.

    He doesn't have the time for it anymore so he was looking for other people to take up the running of it recently. So hopefully it will be back.

    Hi, the club was/is on hiatus as I'm not longer living in Dublin, got engaged, so that and other things are owning my life right now :)

    I'm currently sorting out the next meetup, which should be in 2-3 weeks
