    can any body help me with this
    ive been seperated for a number of years now,my ex is living in the family home with my child,im paying maintenance and i still own the home with my ex but over the last 6 months she has practily moved her boyfriend into the house he stays over 4 times a week does anybody know my legal rights

    Whats the issue? She is surely allowed have guests stay over?
