    Hi

I am just curious as to what you have to do to be allowed to put up a sign or small banner by the roadside?
What are the restrictions or cost?

afaik you can't. People do it, then eventually it gets taken down and they get fined (about 400 euro I think)

Some companies just take the fine, which is cheap advertising - especially for the "Service now available in this area" type signs.
