There is now a grant available towards the cost of having houses assessed & any work that has to be done. My house is about 30 years old so I'm thinking it might be am idea to get it done. Has anyone had theirs done & can you recommend a good engineer? Whenever any of these sort of grants are announced the rip of artists…
