Missed a payment, it's now expired, how long?

Hello all,
I'm after missing a payment of my jobseekers allowance because I was away from Friday (when it's in) to Monday night, couldnt find my wallet (with my card in it) Tuesday and got in there on Wednesday to find it has gone.

Personally, Im really angry, but I'm angry with the Government all the time anyways so there's not much different.

I do find it a bit ridiculous that they can throw the people's money to the banks as they like but get so paranoid about the people getting some of it back.

Turns out now I have to wait a few weeks while they get the forms to me in the post and **** around as they always do.
Treated me like **** in the office too...grrr...nothing worse than a lack of care of someone else's feelings. 'No, you cant have any money for the week AND Im gonna talk to you like you're some needy dog while I tell you because it makes me feel big for a minute.'

Seeing as we've never had so much technology, you'd think they would invest some money into the people wouldnt you? I mean, email and the internet, this stuff should take a day to sort out.

Anybody know if there's anyway I can speed this up? Im going to be super-****ed without this 100 euro.

just wondering how u go about claiming back rent allowance that expired?
I missed it due to being told the incorrect day to collect it so what can I do now?
