Laptop with DVB-t tuner in Ireland, problem

I have a Medion laptop with a DVB-t tuner express card 54, until summer 08 i could receive Rte 1&2 .TV3. TnaG. now i can only get audio for these stations. i downloaded mpeg 4 but still will not work, i live in the S.E.of Ireland near the Mt Leinster transmitter. Do i need a set top box to pick up signal. i use laptop in…
