Yeah, they puzzle me. And loads of them have good jobs. Seems unfair. They should be homeless.

It's the most dismal tasting ****e you could spend the good part of a fiver on.

You'd almost accept it if the staff were half trained on how to make or at least how they are supposed to attempt to make a coffee.
