Just got a leaflet through my door for this new crowd.
Has anyone had any dealings with them?

    What do they do?

Per their website, it looks like just Instruments and amps with a few repairs thrown in for good measure. Doesn't look like they do hi-tech gear.

Would be interesting to see how it goes with the price matching and beating claims.

Cool, best of Luck to them!

just looks like a regular guitar shop to me from their website. That would be the 2nd one in Swords AFAIK.
Man, it bugs the hell out of me when people pluralise euro as 'euros' and it's all over tht site.. A bugbear of mine. I'll get over it.

It used to bug the hell out of me until I realised that the official stance has changed and that the plural, 'euros', is entirely correct.

That I don't know. The guy on gumtree (if it's the same one) seems to sell just 2nd hand gear AFAIK.

Hi, I'm only new to this boards thing but my name is Niall, I am the owner of the Music Outlet In swords. In answer to your question we do everything from guitars to electronic drums and all the bits inbetween. We will match any internet price and are cheaper than xmusic on 99% of things (the other 1% we can't get...!) We are a small shop so we don't have everything on the shop floor but can have most things in within a day or so.. but this also keeps our running costs really low so we can afford to be really competitive with our prices. email me on mail@themusicoutlet.ie or call me on 01 8700 999 if you want any more info or prices, thanks, Niall.;)

    Hi Niall,

Do you do any high tech gear? Most of the heads on here would be interested in that end of things. Do you do anything like that?

There is a dedicated musical instruments section on Boards though, no harm in letting those guys know about your shop.

    All the best.

hi, thanks for the reply. What sort of high tech stuff you looking for? I don't stock much in that way but i can get my hands on anything!! I'm just a guitarist so a bit if it is over my head but i'm learning by the day.. Thanks for the heads up on the musical instrument thread.

    Thanks,

    Niall.

I think if you read through the threads on here youll get a feel for the kinda gear guys are looking for. Lot of studio and live equipment, desks, mikes, amps, tools, cables etc. Always a market for it.

best of luck with the shop. promise to pop in.
If youre new to online thing, buyandsell lets you put up pro shots. gumtree too. dunno who that other guy is in swords but if you on to the musical equipment on there hes got half the ads on anytime I look.
