My friend in england is a bit of a technophobe. Knows nothing about computers.
I have tried talking him through a certain process several times but every time he gets it wrong regardless of my instruction and step by step guide.
Is it possible for me to get into his computer from here and do it for him.
The only stepping stone i know of is i'm using xp and he's using vista.
If possible can someone tell me if i need special programs or a step by step guide for me to get me started.
Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

    Pajo

    www.logmein.com.

Set up an account there for yourself. Get them to log into that account with username and password. Click link for add computer. Follow onscreen instructions etc.

    Very easy to do.

You could maybe take a video screen shot on your computer of you doing the process? Seeing it being done is normally much easier than looking at text and pics. But logmein.com - great service.
