In fairness it doesnt take a genius to figure out the licenses. I defend my colleagues when deserved but it really was bad work on the part of anyone that did this.

We should adopt an Eu license format anyway, would make checking real V bogus licenses a lot easier.

    Well, in theory then,

If I'm out of order or this is not appropriate then mods feel free to delete.

I've circulated details through the Garda network to no avail, so I'm hoping that some of the Gardai posting on this site can be of assistance:

We've been having similar trouble tracking down a number of individuals in the DMR who are part of a Gaeltacht gang from Connemara, they are all fluent irish speakers and carry driving licences with the same name. If you should stop anybody with a driving licence and you notice their name is "Ceadunas Tiomana" please PM me immediately.

    Thanks

Loads of houses in Holland called "Te Koop".

They all have the same nameplate outside too. Very tacky looking thing. Usually only made of plastic...

It could have been this older version? Poland only joined recently-ish so guess a lot of Polish still have old licences.
