I know the major eu countries have agree a stimulus plan. http://www.iht.com/articles/2008/12/11/business/11summit.php Look we will have to sort out our overpaid public service first but is it time for a massive stimulus plan for europe lets say 500 billion for all the eu countries. whats your thoughts
