court document ?? non void

    hey, can any one answer me this ....

    In a document that has been past by the courts be seen as non void, if the information on this is incorrect of example an address of a person , or there date of birth .

    Try putting this in English and there might be a chance of getting an answer.

    I agree with Jo King.

    Maybe you are asking, if an address is wrong is the paper work valid? In most cases minor errors won't get a summons thrown out.

    ok am i can i say this , i have a court order here and on it the address of the person is wrong and the date of birth is wrong .... can this court order be disputed .

    Anything can be disputed - sucessfully or not is another matter.

    If this puts you in a difficult position, you might talk to a solicitor.
