PS I have 78% of colour ink left and the pages are printing out the colour but leaving out the black writing:(

You could get a refill kit, but that is messy, and doesn't always work.
No other brand will do.

When that happened to me, I started printing in dark brown or navy instead - uses the colour cartridge instead of the black.
