What aerial type for attic use in Galway city for RTE1/2/TG4/ITV-ireland(tv3)

Hi all, What type of aerial is best for picking up tv transmission in Galway City, and where should it be pointed towards? I hope to place it in the attic to get it all nice and tidy. Built-in aerial on portable tv is picking up all 4 stations with decent picture quality. Thansk Bogger
