    Given that we're more than likely going to have a public sector strike sooner than later over the pension levy, how many days of striking without pay would it take to save the €2bn anyway?

    2 billion is a piss in the pot by all accounts.

    Spot on Chef.

    you would have to bunt out a lot of coddle dishes to make that amount.

    these people have lost touch with reality.

    2bn is pittance to whats now required, it will be long gone when they will be getting less tax and also will be outputting a lot more to the ever increasing unemployed.

    1 person = 8000 tax income => now umemployed
    -16000-10000= -26000 just for one person alone

    for 100,000 people (thats expected) its 2.6bn for the year and there was 34,000 alone in january
    worst case scenario for 200,000 = 5 Billion
