Just wondering what are the best ways to go about getting a job abroad, let's say within the EU to keep it simple. Are there recruitment agencys that offer a more international aproach (have only really looked at Monster so far)?

And would you have to be fluent in the local language? I know most profesional Europeans would be fluent in English but I mean in terms of paperwork and suchlike? Would be looking for employment in the Chemistry/Pharma/Fuel line of work myself.

Try Eures. That is the European Union website for jobs.
