I went to a sanshou training camp in dublin last month ,it was a really good workshop they are starting to hold them twice a month one on the northside and one on the southside , and also in maynooth once a month ,it was about 3 hours the coach was very friendly and informative they covered a whole variety of throws sweeps body slams as well as some really good striking combos , if anyone hasnt done this before they really broke it down and made it easy for me to apply . i hear they are going to be holding the first sanshou open tournament this year so if anyone is interested the next camp is in Donnycarney youth center on sat 21st at 3 pm it is at the back of donnycarney church on the malahide road or the contact number is 085 159 2288
