Just wondering, what are they like to deal with? Ive my eye on a 07 Golf in the Limerick "branch". The sticker on the window says Drive away for €45 a week. Is it that simple?

What kind of deposit(If any) would i need to pay? Any other helpful information much appreciated.

Read the small print €45 a week is only a draw it will cost a lot more as that type of advertising includes a trade in.

never bought anything of them, but have dealt with selling them cars a few years ago when they where setting up a branch, nice lot to deal with, fairly straight up and honest...

I think i seen an ad for them somewhere that says buy one car get another one free!!!! ( the free one can be picked from a bunch of cars they have set aside for this deal, so it won't be anything special)

Their business model is that they heavily rely on a large commission payment from the finance houses. Check that the finance they are offering you isn't at a much higher rate that what you can get from your own bank or credit union.

Also their prices usually are not that keen, so shop around and make sure the deal you are getting is competitive on the car itself.

I looked at a golf in there last year. Car had a huge rare spec but i wasn't happy with a huge dent on bumper and asked about getting it repaired. He said it wouldn't be done as part of any deal. Had a test drive after which i was expected to buy the car. Sales guy was putting me under severe pressure so i left without making excuses. Seems to be a lot of ex rental stuff lately english imports

Check out their site (powered by webzone). All the prices are very evidently converted from sterling. That or the sales manager thinks €3,457 is a smart way to price a car!
