exercise bike needed

    Hi All,
    Here is my first post and I'm looking for some help.

    The mother in law has been told by her doctor to get an exercise bike to build up
    some of her leg muscles. Now I've been given the task to find one.

    The budget would be 100 to 200 euro.. and she would be about 5"2 or 5"3

    Where would be good to look for them and what should I be looking for...

    Hope ye can help as I can't see her wanting to get a proper bike and turbo trainer :)
