Hi, just wondering, If you apply for accomodation through roomsatdcu.com and get an offer can you refuse the offer without hassle, if your situation was to change?
Is there any penalty for refusing an offer?

    Many thanks:D

I wouldn't think so - may lose your deposit though (if they still require a deposit that is).

You should read the FAQ on the roomsatdcu website:
    Q. What if I change my mind or find alternative accommodation? Do I get my deposit back?
Once you have accepted an offer your deposit is non-refundable and you are also responsible for paying the rental charges until the room is re-allocated.
