    Hi all.

    I'm looking for some info on Acers' Disk Anti-Shock Protection (DASH). I've been looking at the brochures on their site, and in the spec sheets some have DASH on their hard drives, others don't.

    Can anyone tell me if DASH is standard on all Acer HDs?

    To be a bit vague - if it doesn't state that the laptop has DASP or DASP+ it probably hasn't.

    I was assuming that, but was hoping someone could tell me for sure. Looking at the specsheets, it gives speeds for some HDs while not giving any for others. With this in mind I was wasn't sure if their ommision from some descriptions was a mistake or not.
