Parts - where to buy?

    Anyone got any suggestions as to where the best place is to buy parts? I need an electric window motor for a 04 3dr Focus. I dont care if its new or reconditioned.

    Ford quoted me a price of €260.00 + VAT and fitting for it.
    An indy quoted me €130.00 + VAT and fitting for a spurious part.

    Anyone any ideas of where i could pick one up on the cheap?

    a big +1 for the scrap yards, find a crashed focus, which shouldn't be too hard and away you go......

    Chance a motor factors. I bought recently for a Golf, and the price is gone from my head. The only difference was i had to drill out the holes for the old on, but the new one came with bolts so it was grand. I'd get one for you only for the miles difference :P

    Common problem on the Focus so quite hard to get in the breakers. If you come across one for a 5-door let me know !!!!
