pokertracker 3 question

my pokertracker has recently kept stalling and stopeed running altogether and i have to run task manager to close it, the hud has stopped working and doesnt appear on any tables when pokertracker is working anymore, even when it did it stops at 26 a lot of the time. just wondering if anyone would know how to fix this.
