Module change issues

Hey all, quick question about changing modules.

I'm a CS2 student looking to change from Ireland & National Cinema to French Language.

Now, the thing is, one of my other modules that I registered for at the beginning of the year (Publication Design) has a quota of 25 and is full. I am already registered for this module (one of the 25 places is mine).

However, when i go to confirm the change from INC to French, it tells me I can't confirm my modules for the semester because Publication Design is full. But I'm already in Publication Design, and the switch doesn't affect that at all!

Anyone know a way around this?

I'd go to to the registry and speak to a human being about this, the online system is too prone to bugs liek the one you've just described...

    That webpage is a disaster.

I need to switch out of Compilers 2, but it's appearing as a previous module as though I had done it in semester 1, so I can't remove it from the list :/

Also, Uaneen is coming up as being worth 5 credits even though it's a non-contributory module in CA, so I can't confirm any changes I do try to make because the damn thing tells me I'm registered for too many credits...

On the bright side, today's mail from the SU contained the following:
    CHANGE OF MODULES
As some of you have noticed, there have been problems with th change of module form on your portal page. The registry are still in the process of sorting this out so in the mean time they ask that students who are having difficulty to print off the form from the portal page, fill it out and drop it into registry. Because of this issue thay have also agreed to extend the deadline until Tuesday 24th February at 5pm.

In CS3 and was having problems changing modules online - kept saying I needed to have modules amounting to 60 credits chosen even though I did! Went down to registry, filled out the form and had my new module chosen by the end of the day though, so the manual solution is probably the easiest to avoid the online annoyances.
