Keychain Password Reset?

I can't for the love of god remember my Keychain Password, How do I reset it? Safari, Opera, Entourage etc won't work properly until i enter the correct password! I don't even remember setting a keychain password at all just the admin password! Anyone able to help me out?

navigate to your home folder, then to your libary folder, then to keychains, create a folder in the keychains folder called "old", copy the file that's in the keychains folder in there, next time you launch the apps you'll be prompted to reset, reset and enter new login password.
