Think its silmplest to buy a DVD recorder that works just like the old VCR's.

I saw a new one on adverts for €40. It plugs directly into skybox away you go. Thats what i do and i let the DVD's record through the night as you have to play the footage from the box in realtime. http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055279360&highlight=dvd

SO in other words you can only record the very same way the old Video recordings were carried out. This topic has been discusse dhere several times so i'd sugest you also do a search or else read the manual for sky+.;)
