Sky+ switch to UPC?

Hi, want to switch from Sky+ to UPC because it would be much cheaper to have my broadband, phone and tv with UPC. Is there any cons? Reading info on their website, it seems to give me the same service as Sky+, eircom! Anyone think different?

I just changed to Sky for T.V. cos I thought NTL were more expensive overall. I'm staying with them for broadband though because it's great and I don't have a phoneline.

T.V. quality on sky is much better, plus I have a HD box, I can record etc.

For the sake of your sanity, just stick with Sky for your TV.

UPC TV service is poor compared to Sky+.

Please see other post below where this has already been discussed.
