Hi all, I have just been told I have an Anal Fissure. I have been really bad for the last 2 weeks and felt like I wanted to die a few times. The hospital have given me a perscription for anoheal, but it won't be in until tomorrow, is it a pain killer or do I need to take pain killers with it ? I am getting a colonoscopy in…

Hi all,

I have just been told I have an Anal Fissure. I have been really bad for the last 2 weeks and felt like I wanted to die a few times. The hospital have given me a perscription for anoheal, but it won't be in until tomorrow, is it a pain killer or do I need to take pain killers with it ?

I am getting a colonoscopy in two weeks, is there anything I can do to stop the absolute agony and pain I am experiencing. I can't sit, stand, lie, anything - I just don't know how much more I can take.
