    Looking for a cheap barber on the southside. I'm not paying 12-15 euro for a freakin dry cut. 6/7 euro would be a fair price. I know there are loads doing it for this on the northside.

    'just cuts' in rathmines and on the northside of the quays between capel st and o'connell st- neon blue sign saying 'just cuts' facing the liffey you wont miss it- 7euro dry cut every day, they have some foreign staff but they were good when i was there.
